The Service performs only public, non-invasive checks and does not conduct penetration testing or attempt to exploit vulnerabilities.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Only scan websites you own or have explicit permission to scan
• Not use the Service for malicious purposes or to harm others
• Provide accurate information when creating an account
• Keep your account credentials secure
• Not attempt to circumvent any limitations or security features of the Service

4. Disclaimer and Limitations

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND.

• We do not guarantee that our scans will identify all security vulnerabilities
• The AI-generated fix instructions are suggestions and may not be appropriate for all situations
• We are not responsible for any damage or security breaches that occur to your website
• Our scans are informational only and do not constitute professional security advice
• You should consult with qualified security professionals for comprehensive security assessments

5. Payment and Refunds

The AI-generated fix report is a one-time purchase of $9.99 USD. Payment is processed securely through Stripe. We offer a money-back guarantee: if you are not satisfied with the fix instructions provided, contact us at hello@adorellc.pro within 30 days for a full refund.

6. Privacy and Data

We collect and store scan results, user emails, and payment information as necessary to provide the Service. We use Google OAuth for authentication and Stripe for payment processing. We will not share your personal information with third parties except as required to provide the Service or as required by law. Scan results are stored securely and associated with your account.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by Adore LLC and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. The AI-generated reports you purchase become your property for your use, but you may not resell or redistribute them.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ADORE LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM:

• Your use or inability to use the Service
• Any security vulnerabilities in your website
• Any errors or inaccuracies in our scan results or fix instructions
• Implementation of suggested fixes

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for any reason, including if we believe you have violated these Terms of Service. Upon termination, you will lose access to your account and scan history.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the updated terms on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
